Use the pilot for non-sensitive readiness records while the full commercial privacy terms are finalized.
What the pilot stores
Signed-in account identity, company profile, versioned 5P diagnostic responses, framework choices, provisional decisions, workshop notes, readiness cases, intake snapshots, answers, inquiry records, newsletter preferences and private uploaded evidence. Sign-in is provided through Supabase Auth.
How records are used
Records support your readiness workflow and the handling of your submitted requests. A contact submission does not subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter preference is a separate opt-in action.
Your controls
You can export or delete your current diagnostic, export your own case, delete it with its evidence, and withdraw newsletter preference. Existing cases retain the diagnostic snapshot captured when they were created; delete those cases to remove their snapshots. Contact requests can be withdrawn in the workspace. Platform backup and retention processes may retain deleted data for a limited period.
Before commercial publication
The legal operator, privacy contact, applicable notices, retention schedule and processor arrangements must be confirmed before opening this pilot to external customers. Do not upload special-category personal data or confidential third-party records.
